We work all over Bridgeport and Wise County. Downtown near the old bridge, out by Runaway Bay (lots of boat storage sheds there), those nice properties on the north side of the lake, even way out past where 380 meets 11.4. We use treated lumber for the floor (because Bridgeport soil stays damp half the year), good shingles that won't blow off, and actual 2x4 framing, not that finger-jointed garbage. Starts around 8x10, but most folks in Bridgeport go bigger - 10x12 or 12x16 is pretty typical.
