Building Bridgeport's Sheds & Wise County Since 2015
Look, if you live in Bridgeport, you know the struggle. You've got a boat sitting in the driveway because Lake Bridgeport is right there calling your name every weekend. Your garage is packed with fishing gear, and your wife's tired of tripping over tackle boxes. Maybe you're one of those folks out on FM 920 with a couple acres and nowhere to put your riding mower.

That's where we come in. SE Yard Solutions - we're the guys who show up and build you a shed right there on your property. No trying to figure out how to get some pre-built monster shed through your gate. No dealing with delivery drivers who can't find your place out by the lake.

We've been doing this since 2015, mostly around Paradise, but half our work these days is in Bridgeport. Makes sense - y'all have bigger lots than folks in Fort Worth plus all that lake equipment needs to go somewhere. My crew and I (I'm Edwin, I actually build these things) have probably put up 50+ sheds just around Lake Bridgeport alone.

Why Bridgeport Needs Better Sheds
Here's the thing about living in Bridgeport - this weather is absolutely nuts. One day it's 103 degrees, the next week we get golf ball-sized hail. Remember that tornado that came through a few years back? Took out three sheds on one street near the high school. The cheap metal ones from the big box stores just folded like paper.
The Lake Life Problem
If you live anywhere near Lake Bridgeport (and let's be honest, that's half the reason people move here), you've got stuff. Lots of stuff. Boats, jet skis, fishing poles, coolers, life jackets, that kayak you bought during COVID and used twice. Your garage can't hold it all, and leaving a $30,000 bass boat outside in this Texas sun? That's just burning money.

Plus the humidity coming off the lake? Man, it'll rust your reels and fog up your electronics faster than you can say "largemouth bass." You need proper ventilation in your shed or you'll open it up in spring to find everything covered in mildew.

Where We Build in Bridgeport
We work all over Bridgeport and Wise County. Downtown near the old bridge, out by Runaway Bay (lots of boat storage sheds there), those nice properties on the north side of the lake, even way out past where 380 meets 11.4. If you can get us there with a truck full of lumber, we can build you a shed.
Funny story - we built a shed for this guy near Wise County Park last summer. Middle of August, had to be 105 degrees. He brings us out sweet tea every hour, tells us stories about catching a 12-pound bass right off his dock. Turns out he went to school with my dad. Small world, right? That's Bridgeport for you.
Types Of Sheds We Build
Your standard shed. Keeps stuff dry. We use treated lumber for the floor (because Bridgeport soil stays damp half the year), good shingles that won't blow off, and actual 2x4 framing, not that finger-jointed garbage. Starts around 8x10, but most folks in Bridgeport go bigger - 10x12 or 12x16 is pretty typical.

Got more stuff? Need overhead storage? Barn style gives you that loft area. Great for Christmas decorations, camping gear, whatever you don't need every day. The gambrel roof looks good too - fits that rural Bridgeport vibe. Lots of ranchers out here like these.

Workshop Sheds
This is for you guys who actually want to work in your shed. We'll wire it for electricity (you need an electrician to hook it up though), add a workbench, maybe some windows for natural light. Had a guy near the marina who turned his into a fishing lure making business. Pretty cool.
